What I immediately liked about this piece was the ergonomics.  My designer mind always wondered why cock rings with vibrators mostly had the vibrator going horizontally.  To fit against a woman whose parts were shaped vertically...?  Huh?   This design makes much better sense.

Right away, it's obvious that this is a top-quality piece.  The stretchy, ribbed cock ring and vibe sleeve are molded from thick, flexible, and slightly textured Silicone, with a nice feel, and a powerful, 10-function vibrator fits snugly inside the sleeve to provide the stimulation.  You press the pushbutton to change modes, or hold it down to shut off.  The vibrator fits the sleeve really snugly, and took some maneuvering to get out.  I got started by cleaning the sleeve with soap and hot water (always recommended), and installing the batteries; it comes with 2 sets of  batteries, a nice touch.  I didn't see any instructions for which end of the batteries goes which way; on the second try (oh well, 50/50...), with the batteries bottomside up, Lia was ready to go.  Skipping far, far ahead now....
